The CUBECAMP system
How high is the CUBEcamp system?
The system has a total height of 3.3 cm. Due to its low height, it fits most beds and bed systems.
What size set do I need?
Our set with 44 elements covers an area of approx. 70/80 x 200 cm, and the set with 60 elements covers an area of approx. 90/100 x 200 cm. For larger areas, we recommend ordering the set with 44 elements twice, e.g. to cover areas of 140 x 200 cm.
Can I build several sets continuously?
Yes, that's no problem at all. Our CUBEcamp set can be assembled consecutively so that both sets create a large area.
Is the CUBEcamp system also suitable for retractable roofs?
The CUBEcamp system is basically also suitable for lifting roofs. However, it is important that there is enough space for the construction height of 3.3 cm so that the roof still closes properly. With some newer roof constructions, it may be necessary to modify the substructure. It is best to speak directly to the manufacturer of your roof system about this.
Is a special substructure required?
No, the base plate grid of the CUBEcamp system can be placed on all bases and surfaces on which a normal mattress can be placed.
How much weight can the CUBEcamp system hold?
We test our system up to 140 kg as standard, but also carry out extended load tests well beyond this. And thanks to its special design, the CUBEcamp system cannot break under normal use, you only use the maximum suspension travel.
Can I also place the CUBEcamp system on an existing slatted frame?
Yes, that's no problem at all. You can also place the CUBEcamp system directly on your existing slatted frame.
Is the CUBEcamp system also suitable for curves and recesses?
Yes, that's no problem at all. With the flexible grid system of our floor panels, you can easily and individually adapt the CUBEcamp system to curves and recesses.
Which nib color has which degree of hardness?
You can easily distinguish the disc springs in your CUBEcamp set by their color: light grey = soft, blue = medium and dark grey = firm.
How many springs of different stiffness levels are included in the sets?
The 44-piece set includes the following parts:
- 16 x dark gray hard disc springs
- 12 x light gray soft disc springs
- 16 x blue medium-hard disc springs
- 44 x CUBEcamp crossbar/base plate
The 60-piece set includes the following parts:
- 25 x dark gray hard disc springs
- 15 x light gray soft disc springs
- 20 x blue medium-hard disc springs
- 60 x CUBEcamp cross brace/base plate
The add-on set includes the following parts:
- 5 x dark gray hard disc springs
- 3 x light gray soft disc springs
- 4 x blue medium-hard disc springs
- 12 x CUBEcamp crossbar/base plate
Can I customize the different zones?
Yes, that is very simple: choose the zones and therefore the firmness levels of the disc springs according to your personal sleeping preferences and your body size. We recommend the soft spring for the shoulder zone so that you can sink in appropriately when lying on your side, the firm spring for the lumbar zone for sufficient support, and our medium spring for the pelvic area. But everyone is different and you can adjust the zones to suit your personal taste.
What kind of zoning do you recommend?

Can I still adjust the zones afterwards?
Yes, that's not a problem at all. You can loosen, move and reattach the springs at any time, simply by using our bayonet catch.<
Orders and payment
Where do I enter my discount code?
If you have a discount code from us, you can either enter it in the shopping cart or directly in the checkout process. The discount will then be deducted directly from the payment amount.
What payment options are available?
Paypal: Paypal is the largest online payment system. If you pay via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to your PayPal account to complete the payment process.
Credit card: You can pay securely and conveniently with Mastercard, Visa or American Express via Shopify Payments.
Instant bank transfer (Klarna): If you select the instant bank transfer payment method, you transfer the payment directly to us. The payment will be booked shortly afterwards.
Purchase on account (Klarna): If you choose the payment option on account, you will receive an invoice from Klarna by e-mail. The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date
Shipping and delivery
Where does CUBEcamp ship to?
In addition to Germany, we currently also ship our products to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark. However, we are working on expanding this to the whole of Europe soon.
How high are the shipping costs?
We deliver your order free of charge within Germany, for all other countries to which we currently ship, you can find the exact shippingcosts here
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your order has been received, it currently takes 1-2 working days for it to be handed over to our shipping partner DHL.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping partner DHL usually takes between 24 and 48 hours to deliver your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number by email once the order has been handed over to DHL so that you can track when your order arrives.
Returns
How can I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please send us a short email or use the contact form. We will then send you a return label with which you can return the shipment to any DHL parcel store free of charge.
Will the return shipment cost me anything?
No, we will send you a free DHL returns label that you can use to drop off the shipment at any DHL parcel store.
How does the refund work?
As soon as we have received and processed your return shipment in our warehouse, we will refund you the invoice amount via the original payment method. After receiving your return, processing may take approx. 24-48 hours.
Can I still cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, the quickest way is to contact our customer service by e-mail or using the contact form. In this case, please enter "Cancellation" or "Cancellation" and your order number as the subject.
