Frequently asked questions

Can I connect two sets continuously?

Yes, that's no problem at all. Our CUBEcamp set can be assembled consecutively so that both sets create a large area.

Can I also place the CUBEcamp system on an existing slatted frame?

Yes, that's no problem at all. You can also place the CUBEcamp system directly on your existing slatted frame.

Is a special substructure required?

No, the base plate grid of the CUBEcamp system can be placed on all bases and surfaces on which a normal mattress can be placed.

What size set do I need?

Our set with 44 elements covers an area of approx. 70/80 x 200 cm, and the set with 60 elements covers an area of approx. 90/100 x 200 cm. For larger areas, we recommend ordering the set with 44 elements twice, e.g. to cover areas of 140 x 200 cm.

Kann ich die Härte später ändern?

Ja. Genau dafür ist CUBEcamp gemacht. Du löst die Federn, setzt sie an anderer Stelle wieder ein und fixierst sie per Bajonettverschluss. So kannst du jederzeit nachjustieren – ohne Werkzeug.

What mattress height do you recommend?

Ideally, you should always choose a mattress that is as high as is structurally possible. Of course, there are differences here depending on the intended use: in a roof tent, there will always be slightly less height available for a mattress than in a caravan or camper.

Hilft das wirklich gegen Feuchtigkeit unter der Matratze?

CUBEcamp unterstützt die Luftzirkulation unter der Matratze und kann Feuchtestau reduzieren. Wie stark der Effekt ist, hängt zusätzlich von Matratze, Belüftung und Nutzung ab – aber eine besser belüftete Unterseite ist im mobilen Einsatz grundsätzlich ein Plus.
