THE ADVANTAGES OF CUBECAMP

Maximum versatility without compromise
Beds in recreational vehicles often deviate from standard dimensions. Curves, slants, or recesses make it difficult to retrofit a comfortable base frame. CUBEcamp uses specially developed, highly versatile floor panels that can be adjusted and connected along three axes. This design allows you to vary the spacing between the panels. This way, you can replicate even complex floor plans with near-millimeter precision without having to rely on half-panels or custom sizes. The system efficiently fills the entire sleeping area.

Maximum spring performance in a minimal space
Space is a critical factor, especially in roof tents or alcoves. CUBEcamp has a height of just 3.3 cm, yet it utilizes nearly all of that space for active spring travel. The disc springs, made of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), provide point-elastic support with four independently flexible wings. CUBEcamp is the only system that includes three different firmness levels in the standard set. You can position the disc springs and secure them with a sturdy bayonet lock to create a custom 7-zone configuration that supports your spine in any sleeping position.

PlusX Award Winner: Lightweight, Ergonomic, and Mildew-Free
CUBEcamp stands for award-winning quality, as evidenced by its PlusX Award for quality, ergonomics, and functionality. Weighing only about 3 kg per set (for 70/80x200 cm) , it is ideal for weight-sensitive RVs and rooftop tents . A key added benefit is the optimal ventilation beneath the mattress: Thanks to its open design, air can circulate freely, wicking away moisture and reliably preventing mildew stains and mold growth.

Frequently asked questions
Can I connect two sets continuously?
Can I also place the CUBEcamp system on an existing slatted frame?
Is a special substructure required?
What size set do I need?
Use the mattress size as a guide: The44-piece setis designed for70–80 × 200 cm, and the60-piece set for90–100 × 200 cm. If you want to widen the bed, even out the surface, or add more later, you can use the20 × 200 cm add-on set. With our “ ” configurator at, you can also determine the exact number of elements and sets you need by entering your bed’s shape and dimensions.
How many springs of different hardness levels are included in the sets?
The 44-piece set includes the following parts:
- 16 x dark gray hard disc springs
- 12 x light gray soft disc springs
- 16 x blue medium-hard disc springs
- 44 x CUBEcamp crossbar/base plate
The 60-piece set includes the following parts:

How do I set the 7 zones?
Start with our tried-and-true standard configuration: 2 rows of soft springs in the shoulder area,1 row of firm springs in the lumbar region, and 3 rows of medium springs in the pelvic area. You can then adjust the settings based on your sleeping position, body type, and mattress by customizing the firmness levels zone by zone.
Can I change the hardness later?
Yes. That's exactly what CUBEcamp is designed for. You remove the springs, reinsert them in a different spot, and secure them with a bayonet lock. That way, you can readjust them at any time—without tools.
What mattress height do you recommend?
Does this really help with moisture under the mattress?
CUBEcamp promotes air circulation under the mattress and can help reduce moisture buildup. The extent of this effect also depends on the mattress, ventilation, and usage—but a better-ventilated underside is generally a plus when camping.
